Reported via desktop in the Pavement category anonymously at 14:06, Sat 21 November 2020
Sent to London Borough of Bexley 35 minutes later. Report ref: 2398720.
One open and overflowing black bag dumped overnight Thurs 19 Nov 20 and 2 further open black bags dumped overnight Fri 20 Nov 20. Fly-tipping is a constant and never-ending problem along the length of Seacourt Road as both Bexley Enforcement and Peabody are well aware of. Serious action against those responsible is long overdue, the street has been turned into a ghetto.

I am extremely angry that your contractor has considered it OK to just take the bags and leave the spilled rubbish, including food waste, all over the pavement. This is just not acceptable. It's taken 10 days and a follow up to get this far and it's still disgusting.

As a direct result of spilled rubbish being left behind by your contractor on Wednesday, 2nd December 2020 we now have had another 3 bags and a nappy dumped. As you can see from the photos, this stretches right across the pavement. It will continue to get worse on a daily basis, just as it did before.
