Black bags fly-tipped against wall of 18 Seacourt Road, SE2 9UW

Reported via desktop in the Pavement category anonymously at 14:06, Saturday 21 November 2020

Sent to London Borough of Bexley 35 minutes later

One open and overflowing black bag dumped overnight Thurs 19 Nov 20 and 2 further open black bags dumped overnight Fri 20 Nov 20. Fly-tipping is a constant and never-ending problem along the length of Seacourt Road as both Bexley Enforcement and Peabody are well aware of. Serious action against those responsible is long overdue, the street has been turned into a ghetto.
