Sunken pothole in southbound carriageway

Reported via desktop in the Manhole covers category anonymously at 16:11, Fri 20 November 2020

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later

Previously reported but came back as no further action. It has not been fixed and people are having to swerve around the cover because it has sunk so much. This surely is an accident waiting to happen. It has not been fixed as far as can see!

  • It appears that this has now been fixed by dumping a lump of tarmac on to the manhole cover

  • The lump of tarmac that was there seems to have been removed and now we're back to a sunken manhole cover. It's about time this was fixed properly!
