I don’t expect to be harassed by people’s dogs/pets, I expect owners to be able to control their pets in public places especially!

At 7:30am this morning, myself and another school girl was harassed by this grey bulldog, the owner noticed the dog run towards us as we crossed from the pathway onto the grass area of the park and called the dog, it stopped for a second and then continued running towards us, this dog was out of control for nearly 5minutes.
I had my 2 year old daughter in her pushchair as the dog kept trying to get really close, it was a very frightening experience!
Then the dog left and chased after the school girl not far from me and the owner was still trying to control the dog by calling the dog’s name, and the owner said to us stop screaming, and we said please control your dog.
The owner seemed to be dog walking with another man who had a leash on his dog, I wondered where her leash was. Surely you must know to put a leash on your dog if it’s difficult to control.
Travelling to drop my daughter off to nursery, and thinking what could have happened to me, my daughter or even that school girl? What if?
What a morning!
