Builder's waste - second location on the stretch of 50 meters

Reported via desktop in the Pavement category anonymously at 15:25, Mon 16 November 2020

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later

For over a couple of weeks, there has been a bunch of rubbish dumped on the pavement next to a row of cars parked next to the park. I can see the problem has been reported, but driving past this morning, I noticed that while the rubbish continues to remain where it was, there is a second load of rubbish deposited closer to the entrance used by the vehicles who have permission and keys to the gates. This is a problem that occurs regularly, I remember at least 7 incidents throughout this year. Is there no way to arrange for some camera monitoring of the stretch. Surely, bringing the perpetrator to justice will allow the council to get back the costs of installing a couple of cameras along the road where regular fly-tipping occurs? Also, leaving rubbish uncollected while I can see Bexley council vehicles regularly passing these spots makes little business sense, and encourages other perpetrators to commit similar environmental crimes.
