One of the sewer drains at 56 West Street has collapsed of which soil keeps getting into it. This results in my drain being blocked at 58 west street as well as 56. Ive contacted the lanlord previously who sent someone out that has left a shovel to move it along every few months. For health and safety reasons i would hope this would be resolved ASAP and previously since one of the flats is also council owned.

Collapsed drain at 56 west street causes my drain at 58 west street to be blocked every few months. 56 west street is a terraced flat of which one is private owned and the other is council. Whenever I approach either, they both pass the blame onto the other in taking responsibility. I'm starting to fear for myself on Health & Safety grounds, especially during the covid-19 pandemic when clearing my neighbours shit. The issue has been around for well over 2 years and the only solution from either the council/landlord previously was for to send someone out who's solution was to leave a shovel in the main drain to move the shit along every few months.
