Drain collapsed and blocked by debris
Reported via desktop in the Blocked rainwater gulleys category anonymously at 10:09, Thu 5 November 2020
Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 2371979.
This is outside 8 Alton Close on the pavement. This drain has been repaired already this year. However, it is NEVER cleaned and consequently debris builds up in the drain causing it to overflow and then to cause the drain cover to move.
To my knowledge this has never been added to any kind of cleaning programme/routine in the 10 years that I have lived here. Regular maintenance would help to avoid continued complaints about this pavement drain.

There are still traffic cones placed over the drain. To my , and my neighbour's knowledge, this has not been attended to.
