Drain collapsed and blocked by debris

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later
This is outside 8 Alton Close on the pavement. This drain has been repaired already this year. However, it is NEVER cleaned and consequently debris builds up in the drain causing it to overflow and then to cause the drain cover to move.
To my knowledge this has never been added to any kind of cleaning programme/routine in the 10 years that I have lived here. Regular maintenance would help to avoid continued complaints about this pavement drain.

There are still traffic cones placed over the drain. To my , and my neighbour's knowledge, this has not been attended to.

All the paving down the road is cracked and broken and the road has not been resurfaced for 25 years but all the other roads nearby have been resurfaced why hasn't ours we pay the the same amount of council tax as everyone else
