Street lamp/ light covered by overgrown tree

I would like to report a street light that is outside number 7 Glendale Way that has need covered by a very large fern tree. I would everyday for the NHS, I leave early in the morning and arrive when it’s dark. Without the street light I feel very vulnerable and scared as it’s very dark down the road . I think it’s beneficial for everyone safety if this is sorted out I have tried to speak to my neighbour without much luck Please can this be dealt with as the nights will be darker soon Thank you
