Not sure why this problem has been reported as 'closed'. Unless you are under 4 feet high there is a big issue (average height of UK female is 4ft4" and male 5 ft 10") Clearly a waste of council tax payers money if issues like this are signed off but not actually remedied. Perhaps a council officer can revisit this site (opposite 57 Parkhill Road) and explain why the vegetation has been left hanging very low. The pavement is quite narrow and traffic up the hill is fast moving creating a danger to pedestrian trying to negotiate the area. I understand you have to notify the resident about the vegetation but this issue has been a problem for over 2 months now.
