This Graffiti is enourmous a complete and utter eye sore I became aware of it in March 2020 it is at the rear back garden of 11 Upton Close Bexley Kent DA5 1HJ on the back of a large gym studio it will soon be apparent where it is when you visit the premises walk out of Upton Close and turn left continue walking round the bend alongside the A2 and on your left you will observe a very tall green see through fence were it can be very clearly seen in massive letters on the back of the building from the public footpath highway it is completely out of character with the local area does not ever go on in the neighbourhood however I strictly reserve the right to remain anonymous.

There is no excuse for this Graffiti at all it is a complete and utter eye sore and is completely out of character with the local neighbourhood and has never ever happened here in this capacity in the whole history of the community the Graffiti appears to stipulate a memorial to a person however for the greater majority of people this is clearly not the most constructive done thing it is in my opinion a primitive immature selfish act which could affect the value of other neighbours homes.
