Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later

Cars are being parked with 4 wheels on the grass verge, and causing damage to the grass verge, and making the whole area looking a mess. There use to be a bollard, but one has been removed, and the other is just hanging. Resident needs this looked into.
