Poster and conus to block the parking space

Reported in the Illegal posters category anonymously at 16:15, Sat 26 September 2020

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later

Our neighbours have put the signs asking not to park the cars and the conus on normal parking space. There are two houses with off road parking and between them there is parking space for one car. When the car is parked it does not block or anyhow affect their ability to drive on their off the road parking by their homes. There is already very few free parkings on the road available and the fact they have blocked another one illegally is not ok. I normally park my car in that spot so I can see it from my window and now I am afraid to say anything to them because I don’t want them to damage my vehicle.

  • That space is clearly not suitable to park a wheelbarrow, let alone a car. If you’ve been parking there, you are lucky the residents have not complained. You could have easily been issued with a penalty charge notice. Your last statement is rather defamatory. I’m sure your neighbours would be pleased to know you thought so highly of them.
