Building Waste has been fly tipped on the grass by the garage entrance at the railway station end of Alsike Road - the whole length of Alsike Road is littered with various fly tipping events this just being the most recent.

  • Having had the status of this report changed to 'Fixed' it has not been actioned by the council and the waste is still in situ (along with the many other reported items strewn along Alsike Road). The Council actually 'Investigate' the tickets raised by individuals rather than simply closing their ticket backlog to satisfy their Service Level Agreements.

  • This issue remains unresolved since September. Like the rest of the fly tipping along Alsike Road it is being slowly covered by weeds - this, however, will not make it go away!
