Railings around the gate onto the field have been cut and bolts removed, allowing it to be opened wide - with the risk (and intention?) of possible illegal vehicular access / illegal dumping, or access for grazing animals.

This has NOT been resolved, and the gate remains broken. I am assuming that as this case has been marked as resolved, it means that either 1. the contractors have been out, not repaired it but said they have, 2. Not been out to look at it at all, or 3. They are aware it is broken, and want it to remain that way for some reason. Please advise what the reason is.
