A lot of rubbish is left on the pavement of Seacourt Road SE2 9UP next to garden wall of No37 and in front of it's garden gate (see photos).

As soon as the rubbish has been cleared, there is more dumped. It is food waste as well as other materials. It smells and it it looks unsightly, also with the Covid pandemic at the moment there may be contaminated items, which is a health risk.

More rubbish has been added to this pile, the bags are ripped and there is food waste on the floor, it is unacceptable, the people who are doing this need to be held accountable. Rats have been seen in this area, it is a health hazard
