East WIckham open space - Teenagers riding motor bikes, two teenagers per bike dashing through park * Causing horrendous noise * Scaring members of the public, children and dogs * Putting members of the public at risk of being injured * This occurs almost daily - these photos taken 6 pm, but occurs at all hours
