Construction work has been on going for many months. The contractors have not been compliant in managing public safety issues and the pavement is left in a dangerous manner for a long time. A skip is situated in the parking bays opposite the work site and rubbish is strewn in the road and on the grass verge. Photographs taken this evening (Sunday 16th) - so left over the weekend.
