This is Bexley council’s contribution to the litter problem , I phoned them Thursday morning direct, reported it on here yesterday , today it’s now worse, if they fine anybody dropping litter they should fine themselves as it down to them , theres so much litter , there is food waste here also that’s attracting the wild life to scrummage through it all and spread it further a field,

The bins were emptied , the reason I have said “ no “ is because one of the bins is full and overflowing , and has been throughout this entire week, plus still lots of litter in general all over the grass area.
