No access for disabled people !

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 2226586.

Hi I have used this area of grass land for 30 years and now I can not access the grounds with my disabled friend. Also the grass is very long. I have asked a neighbour for a key but he said we are not aloud to use it ! Is this correct that disable children can not use this space ?
