Grass verge was damaged months ago by builders out side 37

The grass and mud has been dug up by builders, the verge is still damaged and hasn't been fixed as of yet, can this please be looked into

This has been a mess for months now, why was this allowed to happen in the first place? Don't wardens check the road ?
