Passageway in between Yarnton Way and Southmere Drive, next to construction site

The passageway light are not working for more then 1 week,I have reported the problem to the construction site and they said they fix it but they did not. Passing through the passageway by night is very dangerous because is very dark and you never know what can happend in a so narrow and dark place.
