Footpath 137 is completely blocked to the east the Shannon Lee stables. Approaching from the south electric fencing has been erected in the fields to the south of the stables to force pedestrians to the east of the buildings but the footpath is completely overgrown with a drain gulley across with no safe bridge. The path doesn’t look as though it’s been usable for years.
