Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 2138081.
Large groups of teenagers using no2 canisters and balloon, generally felt uncomfortable on my daily dog walk. Food and other litter strewn across the park and lack of social distancing. Most unpleasant for many regular park users

Ongoing issue of considerable amount of litter left across park including NO2 canisters- made me feel very sad on 27 june at the state of the park after a few hot days. Not a safe place for my dogs or grandchildren. Good people are going each day volunteering to pick up the litter but it seems a thankless task. We need some intervention by the authorities and soon and regularly please.
