These items are still in situ but the long grass around all the clothing has been cut back by council staff, I am not sure why they were not removed at this opportunity.

First photo taken beginning of July the others taken today, as a very regular user of Russell Park I’m aware litter and maintenance is carried out on a regular basis within the park area, this entrance appears to neglected despite numerous request to yourselves. Should we be reporting this issue elsewhere ?

After many attempts to have this issue resolved since June the matter has been resolved in one day by way of reporting directly to the local councillor. What a shame that this reporting method is so ineffective.
