The railings on the island on the junction of Blackfen Road and Wellington Avenue has been knocked by a car and are dangerously poking out and needs fixing asap.

Hazard tape has been wrapped around the damaged railings, this does not make the case resolved. It will only be resolved when the railings have been renewed and restored to their original condition.
