Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 2128660.
And yet there's more. These little cylinders are a scourge. No one cleans them up. I picked up 145 last night on my daily walk. Council officers, what do I do with them now? This footbridge needs constant attention.

The inspection concluded that the issue does not currently meet the Council’s criteria for immediate attention and will delivered as part of the Council’s three weekly scheduled Street Cleansing programme.
The street cleansing issue identified within the report has not been found on site.
