Reported in the Other street defect category anonymously at 08:57, Wed 29 April 2020

Sent to London Borough of Bexley 3 minutes later. Report ref: 2100093.

Caller has advised that there is usually a black bollard with white stripes that is placed by the edge of the road. But it has been knocked over and is now in the middle of the pavement. Please can this be looked into.

  • 19.08.20 The bollard in question at the junction of Bexley Lane and London Road has been put back by the residents many times. The vans/lorries come down the road, get out of their vehicles, toss the bollard on the pavement and drive through. We are now having incidences of people driving UP Bexley Lane from London Road because the bollard is missing. Could you PLEASE fix this so that it cannot be removed so easily, I believe there is some kind of emergency vehicle key that can be fitted. This is causing all residents stress. Many thanks.
