  • There has been a black bin dumped by the bus stop bins for nearly a month it is now pushed over and rubbish on the floor. I thought that when bins are emptied by the bus stop the workers work have at least cleared this or reported it. This area is getting worse for dumped rubbish there and also outside the charity shops. Are there not any CCTV to see who is fly tipping
