This car (the black one blocking the silver and smaller black one) was dumped during the night by 3 men who got out and ran off round the front to Woolwich road then crossed and ran towards bedonwell road (my neighbour informed me) the people whose cars are blocked are both elderly and live at no’s 1 & 2 HARVEL court
