Lamppost btw 113 and 115 parkway

The street light outside no 115 Parkway, has been out for many weeks now, it keeps blinking, but will not come on. Elderly's cant see once it's dark, its dangerous, it's a hazard, and needs fixing urgently. Case keeps getting closed without issues being solved.
