Nothing done for over a year and is a dangerous trip hazard especially in the current icy and snowy conditions. Please can you update me as soon as possible as it doesn’t take a year to fix this issue.

This was reported in February 2020 and still hasn’t been fixed. The paving stones are uneven and move up and down. Please can you let me know why it is taking so long to fix. It’s very dangerous for elderly people and is a trip hazard. It has been reported many times and needs to be done immediately.

This is a photo of my mother’s leg which happened this morning due to the council’s lack of attention to fixing this problem. We have more photos of the additional damage to my mother’s head and face after she tripped and fell. She’s currently in The Pru Hospital having an operation on her damaged knee plus head injuries. I need someone to contact me URGENTLY on 07747625431.
