Walking in the dark, no lights, unsafe

3 or 4 of the street lights are off. It's a short cut to go to the bus stop for most residents. It's very scary early in the morning and at night to go through this place especially as a female. The remaining lights are so dim you can't see anything. A couple of months ago I saw some workers fixing one light a few yard were all the broken lights were but to my surprise none of the broken ones were fixed on that day. The place is a path near a small canal between Redbourne Drive and Thamedbank place. Please fix all of the broken lights. Thanks
