Tree needs pruning

The tree outside 62 has never been pruned and causes alot of problem, During the summer the seeds drop and residents cannot open windows due to alergic reations, and this time of year the leaves are dropping and clogging up residents guttering and covering the pavement making it very slippery, and the leaves are constantly being walked into the propertys. this tree needs cutting back, and the street needs sweeping on a regular basis at all times of the year.
