Reported via iOS in the Car parking category anonymously at 23:00, Sat 23 February 2019

Can always parks here and makes it’s very tight for cars to pass as well as pedestrians. Should have no parking markings here

  • Council doesn’t seem to care as they say there have been no accidents there.

But they don’t record how many near misses there are!

    Still open, via questionnaire

  • I have witnessed multiple near misses of car on pedestrians. Cars are blocking the safe passageway of walkers and there are MANY arguements between cars as access routes, to get passed, get blocked. This issue, or these complaints, will not be going away so it needs actively addressing.

  • Cars usally park one side of road, outside our house 22 swanbridge road DA7 5BS.a At most school times we have a onslaught of parents dropping and collecting children. Now they are back at school the same problem has started again as they park on the other side blocking the road . God forbid a ambulance has to get past. I took two photos this morning, showing cars trying to manoeuvre past. Drivers rant and rave while doing this and I've even them knocking asking who owns the offending car(s).Please don't just send a traffic warden down to book them, and then forget about it .Maybe a sign to say no parking near school on that side of the road . Most people park away from the school and walk, but some park across the our drive. Thank you for your attention.

  • Where do we supposed to pass with buggy? Over the car? Or on the busy road? Every day are parking like that in front of Budgens on Slade Green, and the carpark it’s behind and empty

  • New neighbours who won’t park on there driveway, but I have a car and work van on my driveway and getting the dog van off is a struggle with them Parking like this. If I parked like this I would have had a ticket by now. Two weeks of them parking like this and not one ticket. I gave them time to park correctly but they haven’t. Considering she’s a top lawyer she should know the law.

  • Eastcote Road Welling. Every day at school drop off and pick up, inconsiderate parents park across everyone's drives, they block cars in and leave their cars unattended for 20-30 minutes, not allowing residents to get off their drives. It is not just 1 driver each time but multiple parents doing this, then shout abuse that we can wait until they return from taking and collecting their children! This is an obstruction of the highway yet not once does a traffic warden come anywhere near! The school say there is nothing they can do! Bexley council sort this out!

  • Cars are usually parked on one side of the street, but everyday there are a number of people who park their vehicle on the other side and then leave it there for the whole day, which causes the road become so narrow that emergency vehicles cannot get through. On bin collection day, the refuse truck can never get through. Annoyed drivers who cannot squeeze through knock on my door 3-4 times a day at ridiculous hours, while my kids are asleep, to find out who these cars belong to. It is unfair and unsafe as god forbid there was a fire on the road, the emergency vehicles would not be able to get through. This is a matter of obstruction, health and safety and just a nuisance. The owners of the the vehicles that obstruct do not live on this road and leave their cars here as there are no road marking. This is becoming a real problem!

  • Kimberley Drive Albany Park is a busy road accessing a local school . This driver does not live here and there have been two minor accidents due to his inconsiderate parking . He also uses a disabled badge that does not belong to the van.
