Overhanging shrubs blocking pavement

Sent to London Borough of Bexley 2 minutes later. Report ref: 1411683.

The shrubbery from the raised level where the houses are is overhanging the wall and blocking half the pavement meaning people cannot pass without stepping into the main road, espcially when people have prams or mobility chairs
