My dad live in the bungalow on this road and has to look out on this unsightly mess now since a bin has been put slap bang in the middle of the path. He said it's not been emptied for weeks. I had dirty nappies , dog bags and is overflowing. This keeps happening.why is someone not cleaning this up regularly. Why did they have to stick this eye sore here. Should be nearer the school so they can deal and see the disgusting view not my 91 year old dad. Please can you sort this out
