Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 10183643.

Resident reporting she fell along Woodside lane adjacent to Arcadian Avenue she crossed over the road and carried on walking left, the pavement is sloped and resident fell and hurt her head and tooth was broken. Please could someone look into the pavement it forces you to walk slanted.
