EU66 WVJ - Ford Silver color van / truck on the junction of Norman hurst Avenue and Gipsy Road This vehicle is now completely untaxed and has an expired MOT (see attached screenshot). It has been abandoned in the exact same spot for 18 + months and is in neglect. As it is untaxed on a public highway, it is an abandoned vehicle under the Refuse Disposal (Amenity) Act 1978. Please inspect and remove asap.
