Repair barriers and cones left in road by contractor.

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 10095323.

I have already reported this by telephone on two occasions over the past two weeks and made numerous attempts to contact you by phone only to be left in a queue. I have moved the barriers and cones on a number of occasions so that they are safe but I am afraid that is not my responsibility. Some of the cones have been stolen and they are all regularly disturbed by passing motorists and pedestrians. It is now nearly a month since they first appeared and I would respectfully request that you instruct your contractor to remove them before they are the cause of an accident.
