Overgrown blocking foot path

Bushes have overgrown and pathway is blocked. Due to the hot and dry weather, this hasn’t been a problem. However, it rained recently and the area has become dangerously slippery. Firstly, the brambles need to be stripped right back to expose the pathway. Secondly, the pathway needs to be risen as there is a low point/dip where the rain and mud collects. But for now, please clear the path. Thank you
