Cracked slabs, uneven paving, gaps in paving stones

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 10034207.

On the odd side of Welling Way towards Oxleas woods, the pavement has consistent paving stones, with large gaps between the slabs. I re iterate it is the whole side where slabs are present. Some recently have had tarmac put in between the slabs, however this was a sub standard repair. Where there are gaps in the slabs, most slabs are now uneven causing a trip hazard. If inspected you will see the tarmac slabs are surrounded by others with large gaps or demonstrate uneven paving. Today my son has again tripped and sustained a head injury, this is not the first time. We enjoy walking in the area around our home and it is a shame that the pavement is at a substandard that walks are leading to injury often.

Please fix this before an elderly patient or infant sustains a serious injury.
