Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 10028321.

Fly tipping in this vacant land is attracting vermin including rats. The land is privately owned. An opening in a wall is allowing rubbish to be deposited onto it from the highway. The owner is absent. Rats have been seen in our garden (200 Park Crescent). Any help you can give in contacting the owner and requiring them to clean the site under Public Health legislation would be appreciated.
