Manhole cover

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 10022019.

There is a manhole cover outside my building that keeps making a very loud banging noise whenever cars drive over it. It is extremely disruptive, especially when it happens repeatedly, and I would really appreciate it if someone could inspect and repair it. This is happening since Thames water redone the road.
