Yellow lines - why, and why no notice Reported anonymously at 08:53, Fri 10 March 2023 I can't find a correct place for this on the website. The road bad been covered in double yellow lines. There are no houses here, only businesses on a very, very quiet and wide road (width enough for 3 big cars). The site runs along a nature reserve. Now I have to walk a long distance to get here, taking up parking on residential roads - taking away residents parking - or I have to park in the nearby business carpark - taking away parking for trade, whilst being restricted to how long I can enjoy a walk and how far I can walk as a result. It's pointless. There is a new incinerator being built - ok, that will increase road use, but not enough to warrant double yellow lines down the entire road. I'm sorry but there is just no justification for the lines. Are they temporary? If so, why doesn't it say. How do I appeal this if this service refuses to help?
