Fly tipping next to recycle bins. Reported anonymously at 15:31, Monday 31 January 2022 This area where the recycle bins are stored, outside of 56 - 62 Leatherbottle Green, has and is being used for mini fly-tipping since the recycle bins were introduced and has been reported on many occasions. This recent deposit has been building for over the last couple of days. Lots of members of the public along with the residents of this block of flats use this access and cut through on a daily basis. This could cause a blockage on the main door of the block of flats, for egress in an emergency, and is also a potential tripping hazard for the residents and members of the public.
