The pavement on the west side of Elm Road needs cleaning Reported anonymously at 16:54, Thu 30 September 2021 Since the 6th form college has re-opened pupils go to the high street area for food and drink and come back to the college discarding food, drink and wrappers as they go. They are not the only ones but the problem is much worse since they returned to college. I find food wrappers, cans, packaging, cigarette butts coming on to my property. On Monday, our paper bins were emptied and I found that someone had tossed a greasy brown paper bag with food inside it into my clean bin. There are of course also the leaves from the Manor House side which blow over the road.
