Way over 10 ft trees

Reported anonymously at 01:35, Fri 30 July 2021

A neighbour 5 doors away has 4 extremely high fur tress in there back garden and never been maintained or cut ever and it's only been issue now as my garden house is in constantly over shadowed by them and with the stronger wind we get if they was to fall down either way it will causes damage to surrounding property and I am not the only neighbours who have issues with them and the consistent growing and damage caused by them sort of trees if not maintained regularly is bad. Very strong durable trees and branches push through destroyed everything in their path way and I have no idea what the roots for 4 huge trees r causing underground in search of water. Please can you help with this I own my home and I have been informed that its owned by urself and a council property and the occupied family is renting. Been issue for 12yrs maybe longer Sterling Road Erith kent been understanding and put up with them for many years but now it is a concern regarding the high of them and the consistent shadow my property is now in from the huge tress is not fare or right that I have to just except that but I am five doors away and I'm am in a permanent shadow from tham that's how huge they have grown over years of not maintaining them and letting them grown so big is unfair to neighbours around and I am sure they really don't care as they are ant bottom of their garden and don't effect them or cast any shadow on their home 247 and they will not be told by anyone who has issue with them on what to do with them. Not been or had contacted them regarding any request or any other action taken by me to them and its just a bit of a trim to control them is their responsibility and if they wish to grown such huge tress please be respectful and consider we r all neighbours and have to living together. Please do something about this as it's becoming very serious matter and I am not going to wait another 1-2 years doing line any long will contact local solicitors for advice if u can or don't wish to get involved
