Uncut grass Reported anonymously at 16:07, Sat 10 July 2021 Dear team - the grass verge on our road - Brantwood Road - and surrounding roads has not been cut for months. On Thursday when I was walking my dog he ended up with wall barley grass stuck up his nose, due to the length of the uncut grass, resulting in an emergency vet appointment and a £70 bill (which can be provided if needed). This is not acceptable. He was in severe pain all due to the fact you haven’t cut the grass. After speaking to the vet, this is currently a problem with our area. In addition, being responsible dog owners, we religiously clean up after our dog which, with the current grass length, regularly ends up with dog mess all up our sleeves. Again, this is not acceptable. I would be grateful if you could ensure that the grass is tended to. Surely this is why we pay our high council tax fees? Why has this task been neglected? Kind regards, Helen
