Toilet seat being dumped at the pavement between St Quentin Road and Cavendish Avenue, just outside the side of my house. Reported anonymously at 08:31, Mon 8 February 2021 Toilet seat dumped at the aforementioned location, suspected during the morning hours of 8/2/21. As the toilet is white, and against the white background with the snow on the ground, it causes potential tripping hazard, esp when it blocks part of the public pavement. One photo also shows the partial cctv footage of the suspected culprit. More captions can be provided if needed.
