Front garden of 33 leasehold-been lowered and kerbed below the pavement level. Pavement been broken for yrs and now an utter hazard for walkers n wheelchairs. Reported by Karen Nelson at 11:50, Tue 18 August 2020 Dangerous as garden lowered (against Ground lease rules)below the pavement level.There is no authorised off rd parking for no’s29-41. Number 39 pking on front garden and blocking the use of mobility bay used by 41 when their car no in Garage. My disabled bay temp sudpended and NEEDED,as is dropped kerb outside 35. At present i am put in constant danger having to use the drop kerbs 20/30 metres away n go on rd. Now the pavement not safe either. Emergency remedial work needed n the rest sorted asap.
